Burns Lake has two malls and dozens of small retail stores selling everything from local artwork and hardware, sporting goods, and groceries. Burns Lake has over 90 km of mountain biking trails on the Boer Mountain trail network. There are also many places to go fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and hiking.
